Another urban rooftop shoot. This spot is too good to not use twice! Derek's wardrobe for this shoot was perfect. The colors complimented his skin tone and the colors of the background so well. Shooting at golden hour was icing on the cake for producing amazing colors in these photos. Derek was a little nervous initially because this would be his first photoshoot and he wasn't sure how to pose or how the process would go. One of my top initiatives during a photoshoot is to make my models feel as comfortable as possible. He said I did a good job of this and after just a few minutes, I could tell that he had loosened up and the shoot went great! In the end, he had no problem posing at all and I barely guided him. Definitely one of my top favorite shoots!
